What You Get

Competency Gap Analysis

Every mandatory and technical competency reviewed against your written evidence. Indicators on strengths, and areas where assessors will likely probe.

Bespoke Question Hooks

Likely interview questions reverse-engineered from your submission. What an assessor would ask based on what you've written — including the uncomfortable ones.

Evidence Strength Report

Structured feedback report with issue register, priority actions, and risk flags. Clear success criteria for your revisions.

Confidentiality Check

Review for inadvertent disclosure of client-sensitive information — a common referral trigger that candidates miss.

Practitioner Insight

Your reviewer is a practising MRICS professional and experienced RICS APC Counsellor, Supervisor and Mentor, not a training company. Real-world perspective on whether your evidence demonstrates genuine competence.

Frequently Asked Questions

Which pathways do you cover?
We currently offer reviews for the Quantity Surveying and Construction pathway and the Project Management pathway. These are the two pathways where our reviewers have direct practising experience.
Who reviews my documents?
A practising MRICS chartered surveyor with current industry experience. Not a training company, not a junior — someone who understands what assessors are looking for because they've been through it and work in the field daily.
Is this a guarantee I'll pass?
No — and be wary of anyone who offers one. What we provide is a rigorous, structured critique that identifies weaknesses before an assessor does. Candidates who address the issues we flag significantly improve their chances, but the final assessment is between you and the panel.
When should I submit for review?
Ideally 4–6 weeks before your submission deadline. This gives you time to revise based on feedback. Priority review (3 working days) is available for tighter timelines.
Is my submission kept confidential?
Absolutely. Your documents are reviewed by a single named reviewer, stored securely, and deleted after delivery. We do not share, reuse, or retain any candidate submissions. We're RICS-regulated — confidentiality is non-negotiable.
How does this differ from my counsellor's review?
Your counsellor knows your work context but may not have time for a line-by-line critique. We provide an independent, structured, assessor-perspective review — the same rigour an assessor applies, but before your submission. Think of it as a stress test.

Don't Leave It to Chance

The average APC candidate invests 2+ years of structured training. A professional document review costs less than a single day's annual leave.
